Tung Pham Director
With over fifteen years of architectural design experience, Tung has extensive exposure to various sectors of the residential design and construction industry.
Tung’s career has taken him from a design role to a lead designer role within a well-known architectural firm that designs numerous award-winning residential projects at various scales. During this period, his designs have been well recognised with UDIA Awards for Excellence 2013 with one commendation project and one joint winner project under the high-density residential category. In 2021, another residential project designed by Tung was shortlisted for the INDE Awards.
Tung started his own architectural design company, specialising in bespoke, boutique home design. Pham & Co Studio was founded in 2018, and that is where he focuses his time when not with his family or working on his golf swing.
Hai Dang
Hai joined Pham & Co Studio in 2022. He is an architect from Hanoi with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Migrated to Australia in 2020, he quickly adapted to the new environment. Currently, he is taking a course to enhance his industry knowledge, particularly in the areas of Australian Standards and the Building Code.
Hoan joined Pham & Co Studio in 2020. Her background was in civil and traffic engineering, with an excellent knowledge of larger-scale projects, she brings a significant contribution to the team.
Hoan Nguyen
Chau Nguyen
Chau joined Pham & Co Studio in 2022. She graduated with a Master of Architecture from Deakin University. She is a passionate designer with strong skills in design and visualisation. Her focus is on creating innovative and sustainable designs that embrace cultural values while responding sensitively to both users and the environment. Her achievements include the American Standard Design Award 2024 – National First Prize Winner (Australia & New Zealand)
